Overview

While working at Bethlehem Baptist Church, one of my responsibilities was doing typography layout and editing for the Star newsletter, which I produced weekly from 2004–2011. I created print, email, and Web newsletters as well as bulletins (weekly distribution doubled to reach 4,000+).

I saw the organization through a transition from low-resolution Publisher file copies to InDesign files & digital printing and from paper to e-news, which led to cost savings and more active reader involvement.

I proofread this and various other publications to ensure overall consistency, quality, clarity, and effectiveness in communicating the vision.
